Back in 2014, Monique was the project director of databases and IT at Independent Sector, a leadership network for nonprofits, foundations, and corporations. Years ago, after graduating from Howard University with her bachelor’s in business administration, Monique met Byte Back founder Glenn Stein and served as a volunteer instructor. Monique then launched her IT career as a database analyst and technical consultant for nonprofit organizations in the DC area.
