Marty Sinclair graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in biochemistry. After a short stint doing Ebola research, she jumped into the internet bubble and joined the America Online team where she began her love affair with Flash. She left AOL to start her own web application company and began contracting in the defense industry. In 2013, Gromelski and Associates bought out her company and she’s remained with them since. She manages a cross functional group of about 80 and continues to develop javascript and AS3 applications. She lives in Northern VA with her husband, dog, and tiny human.
