She has over 20 years of experience working with enterprise accounts across multiple vertices across the US focusing on customer experience. She thrives on turning complex problems into value creating opportunities and delighting customers. Mary has a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Mary enjoys quality time with her husband, Brad, and their children and hiking whenever possible.
