Getting users to provide actionable feedback can be stressful when conducting user research and user testing. Gaining user trust and building rapport is vital to gathering user insights. This talk is a comical look into techniques and methods to better relate to users when conducting user research and testing. We will be providing attendees with do’s and don’ts on best practices for scheduling, engaging, and getting insights from users. By the end of this session attendees will feel better equipped to interact with their users during research and testing.
