Madeline Tomchick is the Strategic Alliance Manager for Applied Information Sciences (AIS). In addition to the Alliance Manager role, Madeline is also the co-chair of The WIT Network in DC and has taken an initiative to spearhead the women empowerment group at AIS and across the District.
