Chantilly Jaggernauth’s mission is to empower organizations and individuals through the use of data visualizations and data analytics. As the Founder and CEO of Millennials and Data (#MAD), she believes “the greatest gift one can share with the world is knowledge”. Through #MAD, Chantilly works to bridge the data literacy and analytical skills gap by training, mentoring, and preparing millennials to enter a data-driven global environment. Her goal is to build a community of millennials who have the analytical skills needed to become data-driven leaders within any industry.

Chantilly has showcased her exemplary unique skill set at two Fortune 50 companies for over seven years. Currently, she is a Senior Data Analyst at Comcast, a telecommunications conglomerate based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In her current role at Comcast, Chantilly manages data analytics and data visualization for the Talent Intelligence department. She uses Tableau and Alteryx to analyze data and to create impactful visualizations and data solutions for leadership and key stakeholders.

During her free time, Chantilly is a data analytics and visualization consultant and trainer. She has received recognition and awards for several of her corporate and personal work and talent. She is passionate about analyzing data, publishing interactive storytelling visualizations, training, mentoring, speaking, educating herself on data analytics and visualizations, and being an active member in the data community.
